LOCAL PICKUP

We offer a local pickup option from our Queensland Coopers Plains warehouse. This service is for paid orders only and no counter sales service is available. Please bring your collection notice or invoice with you.  

LOCAL DELIVERY

Some areas close to Coopers Plains may be eligible for A$12.00* next day delivery. If your area is eligible the option will be offered at checkout.

AUSTRALIA WIDE DELIVERY (Packing, Insurance & Shipping)

Standard (Usually 4-8 business days) A$12.50*
Express (Usually 1-3 business days) A$19.80*

Discounted delivery will be offered at checkout for orders over A$75.00

Orders $75.00+: Express (Usually 1-3 business days) A$12.00*
Orders $120.00+: Express (Usually 1-3 business days) A$8.00*
Orders $200.00+: Express (Usually 1-3 business days) A$5.00*
- Orders $500+: Free Delivery
- Options are available for multiple shipments.

NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY (Packing, Insurance & Shipping)

Standard (Usually 5-15 business days) A$20.00
Express (Usually 3-10 business days) A$38.00
Fedex / DHL Courier (3-7 days) A$120.00 (Orders up to $500.00)
Fedex / DHL Courier (3-7 days) A$100.00 (Orders over $500.00)

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International deliveries (except New Zealand) range from A$30.00 to A$50.00 regardless of package size by Postal Service, or Fedex at A$120.00. International deliveries may be subject to taxes and duties on arrival at the destination country. Express options will be offered at checkout. 

BACKORDERS

Backorder estimated delivery dates will be shown on your order status page. Due dates are subject to change by the factory.
