A durable good wearing bronze which is commonly used in valve bodies, pump bodies, elbows, pipes, taps and plain bearings (bushes). Its has good corrosion resistance and combined with suitable lubrication has excellent load bearing capabilities.
The term "Phosphor Bronze" is often used as a generic term to mean "Bronze". If you are told to use phosphor bronze it would be well worthwhile to check whether Phosphor Bronze is actually required, or whether LG2 is acceptable.
