Joints are strength, quick disconnect assemblies with good wear characteristics. Retaining sleeve insures the assembly can only be put together with the sleeve positively aligned with the ball cavity. When spring is released, alignment is automatic thereby eliminating any possiblity of partial closure. Ball stud and Body are made of low carbon steel. Studs are surface hardened. All Parts are plated and dichromate treated.

Pivots 45 Deg from horizontal in every direction. Tightens at any position by rotating the collar. Has a tapped hole at the top and a male thread at the bottom for securing.

Pulling on the handle of the plunger assembly retracts the plunger into the housing. Releasing the handle allows the spring loaded plunger to extend. Handles are black plastic. Aluminium housing 6061-T6, Steel pin 12L15. Pull up force approx 2.2kg. Lockout style (indicated in tables) allows you to pull and rotate handle 1/4 turn to lock plunger in retracted position.
