EPDM or Natural Rubber as listed against each item
EPDM is a higher grade rubber that rates excellent for ozone resistance and is used for molded parts used outdoors. SBR is Styrene-butadiene Rubber is a general purpose rubber but not recommended for continual use outdoors or in oily environments.
For installation of industrial machinery where the ratio of shear loads to vertical loads is less than or equal to 1 to 5.
Base is unthreaded. The stud rests on the pad and is not threaded in or fastened to the pad. Self aligning feature compensates for uneven floors without sacrificing stability. Scientifically designed diamond suction cells of the neoprene insert firmly anchor the machine to the floor. Recommended for a wide range of industrial machinery and equipment where simple precise leveling is required. 25.4mm level adjustment.
Related Information:
Reduces noise and vibration on heavy machinery, compressors and presses. Adjusters.
High strength aluminium alloy mounting plate is embedded in each pad with two tapped mounting holes for installation on all types of machines. The elastomer compound used in these pads is highly resistant to oil and chemicals. 1/2 UNC thread cold forged x 2.5 inch bolt supplied with each mount. Thousands of tiny suction pockets on the bottom prevent the machine from walking or slipping out of position.
