Drylin aluminium shafting is recommended for use with Igubal Drylin bearings or Frelon lined bearings only.
Material : AlMgSi 0.5 F22. Tolerance: h9 - h11. Roundness: DIN 1798. Straightness: DIN 1798. Hardness: 75HB. Surface: Hard anodised. Oxidisation (wear resistant Al. Oxide) Layer Thickness: Greater than 40um. Surface Hardness: 450-550 HV. Roughness: Ra Less than 0.5. Special Electrical Resistance: 4*1011 Ohm mm2/m. Chemical Resistance: ph between 2 and 9.
Shafting - Aluminium - Ceramic Coated
Recommended for use with Frelon Gold linear bearings. Aluminium 6061-T6 with ceramic coated finish. Ceramic coat has rockwell hardness of 70C. No magnetic and vibration reseistant.
Weld spatter, contaminants and paints will not stick. Do not use with ball bearings. Use with Frelon lined or similar plain bearings only. Shaft ends are not coated.

Threaded inserts are screwed into preformed or predrilled holes and cut their own threads into the wall of permanent installations.
Provides a strong wear and vibration resistant thread. Low volumes can be installed by winding in with a bolt through the threaded centre. Large volumes can be installed with hand installation tools (Sold Seperately). Hole sizes are reference only. Can variey on batchs. Optimum hole size is to be determinded through experimentation. A 60o countersink is required for flush mounting. Can be used in Aluminium, aluminium alloy or magnesium. Made from steel with zinc chromate finish.
