Joints are strength, quick disconnect assemblies with good wear characteristics. Retaining sleeve insures the assembly can only be put together with the sleeve positively aligned with the ball cavity. When spring is released, alignment is automatic thereby eliminating any possiblity of partial closure. Ball stud and Body are made of low carbon steel. Studs are surface hardened. All Parts are plated and dichromate treated.
Designed for heavy duty service, they come with dirt shield to provide protection against contaminants.
