Aerotight is a Registered Trademark and can only be applied to goods manufactured by the Premier Screw and Repetition Company Limited. Any company infringing the registered trade mark may be liable to legal proceedings. Aerotight nuts should not be used on damaged or interrupted threads. When assembled on the screw at least two threads should protrude through the Aerotight nut. Advantages: Will not work loose. No other locking device needed.

Carbon steel, black oxide finish. Button Thread nuts allow quick fixturing on long thread lengths. Simply press the button and the threads are disengaged to allow easy movement up or down the screw. Release the button and the threads engage for normal turning.
The standard Binx's entire locking action is contained within the nut body which is no thicker than a standard full nut. The ingenious design incorporates two opposing cantilever type springs which lock onto the bolt with inward and downward pressure. May be removed and placed repeatedly with minimum thread wear.
Used in metalwork or for leveling appliances. Round or slab base. Material thickness is the thickness of the flange.

Simplify the assembly and reduce costs involved in securing ball bearings. One piece item where the locking function is performed by a spring peened into the top of the nut.
Nut Body: Low Carbon Steel. Locking Insert: Stainless Steel Hardness HB 201-269. The spring bears on the flank of the shaft thread with force (P) generating reaction force (P’) in the screw threads with a resulting high friction torque (prevailing torque). Unique slim body design. Secure locking without keyway and tab washer. One piece construction reduces stock and allows simpler, quicker assembly. Simple infinite adjustment. Re-usable up to 100 times. Resists vibration and shock. Equally effective for rotation in either direction even with rapid reversals.

Latches Quarter Turn
Quarter turn latches. Nema 4 and IP65 rated. Supplied assembled. Includes housing, insert, rubber seal, gasket, hex nut and cam.
