Locks components with a bore of (D) to shafts with a diameter of (d). C60 Steel (060A62). Outer ring expands whilst inner ring contracts. Flange eliminates axial movement of secured component. During tightening of the screws, the hub must be able to perform axial movement. Clearance h8 / H8. Surface roughness Rt max 10um shaft / hub.

At load capacity a life of 250 million mm of travel can be expected. The expected life at half load capacity is 2.5 billion mm. Factory preload adjustment prevents sideplay and backlash. Lightweight aluminium carriage and base with high load capacity. Four tapped and threaded carriage holes and counterbored base holes simplify installation and component mounting. Long life, self cleaning ball bearing needs no lubrication. Positional repeatability 0.005mm. Clear anodised finish.

Provides even and continuous preload, whilst minimising the effects of impact and shock. Tolerant to contamination and can operate of millions of cycles without lubrication. 8-32 UNC mounting holes.

Alternately crossed rollers handle force in any direction. Lightweight aluminium carriage and base. Interchangeable with many types of ball slides. Four tapped carriage holes and two counter bored base holes simplify installation and component mounting.
Linear Slide Assemblies - Plain - Low Profile - High Load
High capacity, square gib slides are ideal for precision machine tool applications.
The square gib design offers high load capacity and accuracy and withstands force in any direction. Gib is adjustable. Straight line accuracy 0.00254mm. Base is fabricated from A2 tool steel and hardened to Rc58-62. Saddle or riding portion of the slide is fabricated from low carbon steel and can be drilled, tapped and milled for mounting purposes. All slides feature Rulon bearing material for low friction. Stick-slip is virtually non existent as friction at startup and low speeds is virtually eliminated. No lubrication required. Rulon is practically inert to acids, bases and solvents making these slides a good choice for contaminated environments. Temp range minus 240 oC to +300 Deg C.

Rod Ends - Steel - Studded - Quick Disconnect - Female
Joints are strength, quick disconnect assemblies with good wear characteristics. Retaining sleeve insures the assembly can only be put together with the sleeve positively aligned with the ball cavity. When spring is released, alignment is automatic thereby eliminating any possiblity of partial closure. Ball stud and Body are made of low carbon steel. Studs are surface hardened. All Parts are plated and dichromate treated.
