We recommend you replace bearings with the same type if that type is working well. High speed caged bearings are better suited to handle vibration than standard caged bearings.
Assemblies - Locking - Flanged
Suitable for locking sprockets, pulleys, eccentric shafts.
Locks components with a bore of (D) to shafts with a diameter of (d). C60 Steel (060A62). Outer ring expands whilst inner ring contracts. Flange eliminates axial movement of secured component. During tightening of the screws, the hub must be able to perform axial movement. Clearance h8 / H8. Surface roughness Rt max 10um shaft / hub.
Bushings - QD
Used with QD type cast iron vee pulleys, timing pulleys, sprockets, poly vee pulleys and other parts designed specifically for use with a QD bushing
Similar to a taperlock bush, but not interchangeable. QD bushings like taperlock bushings allow for use of a single stock pulley for many applications with different shaft sizes. Select the correct QD series to suit the pulley.
