Easy to use system is usually mounted on a vertical surface as a low cost linear motion solution.

Rails, rollers and end stops sold separately. Hardened crown roller allows for self-alignment with good strength and long life. Rails are unistrut typeand are black powder coated. End stops prevent over travel and come with a mounting bolt. End stops are not designed to support loads. Maximum bearing load is 130 kg. Maximum bearing speed is 45 mtrs per minute.

Mounting hole specifications will be supplied on request. These springs are usually mounted on a drum and the free end attached to a loading force like a counterbalance. Free ID may vary to meet load specification. Load capacity can be increased by using multiple strips in tandem, back to back or laminated. Be sure to leave at least 40mm coiled on the drum at full extension. The spring ID will wrap tightly on the drum so that most applications require no fastening to the drum.

Coupling is sliped over one shaft and screws tightened. Second shaft is inserted into other end. Loose end of coupling is pulled back about 0.5mm then screws tightened. Serves as a torque limiter as well as a coupling. Long life under continuous slip applications.
